Levels of care

Care for every stage of play.

Whether you still stand for boss fights or you have been in the same recliner since the last headset launch, there is a level of care for you.

Level 1

Independent Lounging

A private room in the seated play wing with a recliner, a cup holder and a guardian boundary drawn around both. Staff check on you twice a day and pretend they were just passing.

Assisted Calibration

Everything in Level 1, plus daily IPD checks, strap fittings and floor resets. Call for an Aide whenever you say "everything looks blurry", which you will.

Memory Care: Friends List Edition

For residents who remember the world but not who was in it. Staff keep a laminated card of everyone you have met, with their username, their avatar and whether you owe them a hug.

Every resident sleeps in VR, every night. CPAP users get a nightly compliance review and a sticker on the door.

The little things

Large print

Every menu, sign and subtitle in every facility world is set large. You will pretend you didn't need it.

Hydration rounds

Every two hours a staff avatar hands you a cup of water you cannot drink. It is a reminder to drink the real one.

Seated by default

Every world loads in seated mode. Standing is available on request, with a consent form.

Cable management

A ceiling pulley and a staff member called Bev. You will never be tethered again.
